It never actually feels like the Chiefs have to have their A-game to win. Patrick Mahomes was picked at the goal line and threw no touchdowns. They ran with Kareem Hunt — street free-agent Kareem Hunt — as their main back. The only receiver they have of note is Xavier Worthy, who is most noteworthy for being very fast and almost never actually getting to catch a deep ball. (He did draw a deep DPI in this game.)
